By accessing or using New Gaia Republic ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.
Users may post content including text, images, links, and other media ("Content"). By submitting Content, you grant New Gaia Republic a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content on the Platform.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to the Content you post; (b) your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; and (c) your Content complies with all applicable laws.
We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any user-generated Content. You access and rely on user Content entirely at your own risk.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. You use the Platform entirely at your own risk. No information or advice obtained from us or through the Platform creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEW GAIA REPUBLIC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless New Gaia Republic and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
All Platform content, design, graphics, logos, and software — excluding user-generated content — are the exclusive intellectual property of New Gaia Republic and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content from platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X.com. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to remove any Content and suspend or ban any User that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be in violation of these Terms or harmful to the community. We are not obligated to provide notice prior to such action.
Reports submitted through the Platform's reporting system are reviewed in good faith; however, we make no guarantees regarding response times or outcomes.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, and 13.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and New Gaia Republic with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, and agreements.
